suggestions

this will be beneficial for those moments when certain builds require money for some items but the INT was already redissed or the money was spend and there still is the need to buy rediss points etc. There are a lot of other reasons this suggestion would be good for..

ex:

150 trophy points = 5,000,000 kudos 50 trophy points = 1,500,000 kudos 15 trophy points = 500,000 kudos

or something similar..

thats not really a buff. just buying kudos for trophy points. which is a bad idea really when a kudos whore takes a few hours to build

most people and beginners aren't that deep in the game to build themselves kudos whores, so that's not really a valid argument

That's the main reason why I think I'm against this as presented. This would let you get 5M kudos at levels it's currently virtually impossible to do so at. I can think of two modifications that would avoid this:

• Kudos received depends on level. Coming up with the level -> kudos mapping for this sounds a little tedious.
• Restrict these purchases to levels at which obtaining 5M isn't virtually impossible.

The latter seems reasonable. I could see myself adding this at some point in the future, but right now I'm working on tournaments.

Perhaps starting at level 20, 20k just double every ten levels?

E.g. 100 trophy points buys you:

• Level 20 - 20k kudos
• Level 30 - 40k kudos
• Level 40 - 80k kudos
• Level 50 - 160k kudos
• Level 60 - 320k kudos
• Level 70 - 640k kudos
• Level 80 - 1280k kudos
• Level 90 - 2560k kudos
• Level 100 - 5m kudos

Something to consider is people creating bots purely to buy kudos and steal them. Rinsing all trophy points before making a new one

Horrible idea i think. no reason for it. it really isnt that hard to get the kudos you need on any lvl. why in the world would you need 5million on lvl 40 anyways? there is not a build i can think of that you would need that much....

Pure strength... Like 160 strength. Spirit forge, demonic circlet, ghoul hide, blood seeker. You might need 3mill at level 50.

Especially if the build is freaked you'll certainly rinse your way through kudos

i dont agree with it because of fishs statement at the end of his post. would make things even more op for some and make it to easy to build something. we already have jane which makes it easier to get gear. kudo whores make it easy to get kudos if u tke the time. last thing we need is something that makes it 100% easier to build something.

That's a good point that I hadn't considered. Unfortunately because multi-accounts are allowed and encouraged in this game, it makes balancing things like this a lot trickier. A free kudos buff at any level would surely be abused to some extent in this manner.
