suggestions

i know that name changing has been suggested before, but i was thinking. name changing should be available upon reset of a bot, so:

reset with no name change = free reset with name change = 'X'USD

this would limit players to 1 reset per month if they were paying for it

this way in the shadow section of the bot information page it could say previous name.

Lame idea. Choose your name wisely.

If you are resetting your bot anyway why not just make a new one :p

The only way i can see a reason for name-changing would be if you bought a bot.

But we've been over this, an Ender wasn't likely to implement that.

I don't really like this idea, To me if anyone chooses to implement this(any game not just bots) They are only doing it for the money.

I agree with Nos completely, you would never have to change your name if you chose it wisely.

I don't think that's the case here. Name changes have been a pretty constant feature request and as I summarized in the thread I linked to, if such a feature were to exist, the bar needs to be high enough that only the people that really want to do it end up doing it. So far, a paid option is the simplest and most effective way of accomplishing this.

And as a side note, I don't agree that being motivated by money is an inherently bad thing, as long as things don't cross into very clear pay-to-win territory.

I like the idea. we get to change names and ender gets a little more money in his pocket. its a win/win
