Doesn't float, unless I am in full screen, which I never am.

So, make it float moar maybe? Would be SUPER helpful for the tiny amount of time I actually play this game, lol ;)

It needs to be removed, it's fucking stupid! I HATE IT!!!

Can you take a screenshot? It doesn't float if you don't have enough room to display it in its entirely without floating since that would result in some options permanently being out of view, which is what I'm guessing is happening here.
