No, this isn't about what your con should be at any particular level, it's about what the minimum allowed amount of con is. |

You wouldn't, min con is really only good for training, it's not good at all for fighting, now matter how "far your weapons are" I'm pretty sure there is NO point where min con rushed weapons will beat a decent build with some con and one tier down weapons. |
