No, this isn't about what your con should be at any particular level, it's about what the minimum allowed amount of con is.

all depends on how far your weapons are.

so you can be min con at lvl 73 and run answerers basically? doesnt sound like you would win

You wouldn't, min con is really only good for training, it's not good at all for fighting, now matter how "far your weapons are" I'm pretty sure there is NO point where min con rushed weapons will beat a decent build with some con and one tier down weapons.

I can't stand this rule eiter. Every level I have to lose 1 point to CON and use only 3 for my build. This is worst rule ever
