2 bots 4 1 IP? T_T cmon guys.... my friends and I play at an internet Cafe and we can only log in 2 bots at a time..... this sucks...

What would people think of removing the 2 bots per IP restriction?

You're allowed to have as many bots as you want and the server seems to be handling the load just fine for now, so the only potential room for abuse I see with allowing people as many logins as they want is that they could mass attack another player/clan by themselves.

I'm not sure that there is a way to prevent one dude from logging onto 10 bots at once while still allowing 10 people to play at an internet cafe anyway...

I tend to remember it happening previously, but if multiple people were wanting to hit a whore, you could have your 'main cser' just fighting the whore while you have a number of your other bots onlining the other bloke who was wanting to hit it, effectively preventing him from being able to play for a period of time.

Or as you put with the mass attacking another player - if a clan had only a very narrow cs lead (granted its now energy so I dont know yet if the same issues would exist) on the last day of the month, there is the potential to prevent the second clan from advancing further by mass-onlining their cs bots.

4 bots max for a shared IP becuase in cases like mine that would allow me n my cousin to have two bots each.. plus what are the chances of like 5 ppl playing bots at the same time in a cafe

what then...? people can't play this game freely in internet cafe's then..? right now in our internet cafe, there's like 3-4 people who also want to play bots4 but can't play since my buddy and I are already playing... >.<

Where I'm at it is a 100% probability. There are like 8-15 people here who would like to play bots4 at the same time.

oh well idk then.. i think allowing infinite bots is too much

Not infinite... atleast make it 10 bots per IP... our internet cafe here have been playing this game since bots2...

It certainly seems like there are enough use cases out there of people wanting to play together to warrant a change in how this works. And keep in mind that a sufficiently motivated player will be able to proxy their way onto multiple bots anyway.

why not have it as a max of 2-4 online at once on a share ip and in special cases like a large internet cafe where lets say up to 10 players could be wanting to play all on a shared ip would it not be possible to put that specific shared ip on a special allow list ( cant think of the right word there) where the ip being on that list would allow them to have 10 players on that 1 shared ip?
