this is probaly a topic that has been talked about to much but i am new to bots4...
the biggest problem i have is the ability to lose energy. i dont want to spend 2 hours getting energy then lose it while im offline.
another big problem is that ALL of the best builds have been figured out already so when i am making a bot that i want to get energy i have no choice on wut to make the build. seriously we aren't allowed to have fun with our build b/c then we have to worry about losing energy.
there were a small group of people on bots2 that wanted real wars, but i think most people were happy with clanscore.
i like the idea of no wars between clans though. used to get upset about poeple with the good wars getting double the clan score.
i know you guys have probaly taked about this ALOT already but im new to the game...

Anyway, get over it. The energy system is here to stay, and even with clan score and bots2 the optimal builds for each level was determined also and f you ventured off path you still risked getting raped, it just wasn't worth most peoples time. Now with energy it is. I think that makes it more entertaining.

If you want to have fun making different builds, don't use the same bot to score energy.

i dont think best builds have been figured out, and also, if your build is atleast 90% good from the ultimate best build for the level, i doubt anyone will bother to fight it, to win 55-45...
my build isnt fuckin awesome, and im still doing ok, not many people decide to attack me more than few times

i actually do 45-55 fights i'll probably even do 40-60 fights if your ratio is good enough for me to get xp when i'm leveling. as long as fighting that bot gives me the best xp/hour, i've never cared about taking losses.

for scoring you should care about maintaining a 3.0+ ratio :)

I think what Number Two is saying is more geared toward lower levels. With so many targets it isn't worth getting half the energy in a rape and leveling from it as well.

bro you joke right? in how many years with no changes optimum build have been figured, just coz noone has a minmaxing guide published doen't mean the knowledge ain't out there

There's freaked builds now though, that changes quite a bit. The amount of stats you can move around with 3 sets of gear is pretty significant.

even freaked builds has been around for a year now though, but hey I'm probably wrong, I'm almost never on this game anymore :D

Though freaked builds changed the dynamic of the game a bit, I think for the most part the most optimal builds for certain levels ranges have been founded again.
