thread already exists, no clear rules, i have seen nos on over 30 at the same time :)

It clearly states up to 5 are allowed, therefor anything over 5 is not allowed. Common sense

As I have stated, even if it stopped at five per IP, always ways around it. Anyways ender doesn't see this as much of an issue and even stated that some things wrong with the script. And can't be really bothered by it. Neps isn't hurting anything with eight. Stop bitching and do it itself. Stop complaining and get on with your life on the game lol. Funny how everyone targets neps. Kids will be kids

Give it a rest Coco, it's his life, so he can spend his time however he wants. He still enjoys the game, which is a good enough reason to keep on playing.

9hrs a day is a bit much, surely he has school or family or something else to do. Some days I play pretty much all day but not everyday, it confuses me how he does it

Well, I don't exactly tame dragons for a living, I'm constantly surrounded by computers. Bots fits in perfectly. There was a time where I had a lot to do at work, but as the Gods were good and I was able to hire more people, it's come to the point where my day-to-day responsibilities for the most part involve simply being there in case something fucks up. I consider it my right, I am reaping the fruits of my labors and I'm actually, believe it or not, enjoying my very laid back existence.

i agree neps, enjoy it, i too work with computers and are able to play 9 hours a day, sometimes less because of work but in the rest i get paid to play bots as there is little to do and there paying me a shitload as well :)

On a different but kinda related note, why are you so obsessed with me Coco? You keep dedicating these threads to me. Should I be worried? I don't mind you jacking off to my bots across the Pacific, and your little forum love letters, but please, I'd rather not take it any further, I'm kind of shy.

And yeah TheCause, computer-related work + browser games always have good results. From a player's perspective of course, I doubt management feels the same way. :)

neps i think people are jealous, this has nothing to do with you personal neither with coco, i have seen more threads directed to you, some ppl achieve more goals because they have a lot of time to invest in the game, you have a lot of time so do i, you more then me i guess :) just dont react anymore as it will be a waste of time

Most of the time I ignore these threads, but you gotta keep the fans happy every once in a while. Haha.

hehe true, i mean no matter what game you play there will always be ppl judging you for it, some ppl have more time to invest in this game, this does not mean they break the rules

Coco I spent three days one setting on game to before. Did it a lot for nine years because i enjoyed it and took my mind off of things. So what neps spends so much time. I spent that much on blue lol. Its something neps enjoys. Gives him something to do and passes the time. Maybe people would have fun if they weren't trying to harass one person and complain.

I can't see how its possible to spend so much time on 1 game. You must have something else in your life, friends/family/partner etc... Or even getting bored and playing another game

I think I know the problem. Maybe it's hard to visualize simultaneously playing bots and flipping burgers for nine hours. That would be hard. That's not how I roll though.

I guess you could ask the game creator, a.k.a. the guy who makes the rules. After all, this is his game.

I assumed the bug was just some characteristic of certain IPs that is failing to be parsed correctly or something (they're converted to integers for storage). Is there an actual tactic to working around the restriction?

theres the "using different browsers" - tactic, which gives around 8 logins

then theres the "login on MF and close the window" tactic, which gives a theoretically endless login possibilities (might have something to do with and session end bug?)

I meant the getting around the IP restriction part, not the multiple browser sessions on a single computer part.

Firefox isn't the only one that loses it's session for me when I close the window. Chrome and IE also do as well. I can log in an indefinite amount of bots, limited only by the time factor of 15 minutes idling out and the amount of bots I actually own.

It doesn't require me to do anything special to accomplish this.

And if you dont believe it you should look up how long people stay up playing World Of Warcraft do to some of the actual heroic Raids Do take up to 4 to 8 hours depending on how it goes and some run them back to back. So it is possible to spend a shit tone of time on one game during one setting.

Knowing how to do something and having the ability to do something are completely different. Everything on this matter (the IP limit) has already been explained several times too, I don't understand what you aren't getting.
