more like butcher the cow, boil and butterfly the lobster and serve both with a cream garlic sauce :D add chips/salad/vegies at ones own choice.

I like lobster, but its too much of a mess / hassle for too little meat.

Too much of a hassle? I bet you'd get it from a shop too Jans, I'd spend all day getting mine from the rough and cold ass Tasman Sea and still call it worth while!

Yeah I've heard it can be expensive if you have to pay for it. I'm lucky my uncles dive a lot, free seafood tastes best.

Too buy a Lobster in a restaurant you are looking at $50 - $70 , Seafood is cheaper but Lobster is very expensive

Lobster tastes like... nothing! Shrimp is much much better and more cheaper!

The claw meat is the best. And the rest is nice too with enough garlic & butter :)

dude you can get a whole lobster from red lobster for like 20 bucks

We dont have a red lobster in Australia mate :P , if we do i have never seen it lol... Cheapest Lobster i have ever seen at a restaurant would be $50
