There are bots players that can level a bot from level 1 to level 200 in a week???

There are bots players with over 100k wins and over 1 million energy, yet they have NEVER attacked a single bot that was not their own...

lets say you get 20 of your good friends together and you build a cool clan together... Did you know there is a player on bots that can beat your entire clan of 20 by them selves? even if you abide by the rules of the game, the fact of the matter is there is an elite 1% in this game that can frankly do whatever they want. I saw a bot at lvl 250 reset to lvl 1 then a week later back to lvl 250????? im sorry but it takes a good bots player months even years to get to lvl 200. Im just frustrated thats all!!!

This is a strategy game built around putting in a lot of time to do better than other players. Last month was my second month playing this game and I finished with the 3rd highest monthly energy. I did so well only because I put in more time than most other players in the game. While it may have only taken a week a lvl 250 bot to reset and get back to lvl 250, that person had to have put in months of time making ratio whores to expedite the leveling process. If highest monthly energy or the highest level is your goal than you need to put in a lot of time and effort to be better than every other player in the game. You need to put in time and have a sound strategy to come out on top, you cant put in half the effort and expect to be the best at any game.

I'm not sure how you make a game about clicking 1 of 3 links "less tedious". But whatever the rules are, there will be competition. If you don't want to make multiple bots to gather energy, then that's your loss. If people can win by doing so, they will. That's exactly what competition is. Actually, the only reason that method of scoring exists right now is because of competition.

As for being successful, that's whatever you make of it. Success doesn't have to come with a trophy.

Money to buy or time to make, all to employ the correct strategy as bigkat mentioned. I score conventionally using this bot, but then have 5-10 other bots in which i can use to boost my score in order to keep up with the rest.

Bots is all about adapting to changes and tactical approaches to winning in the most efficient manner. Scoring on ones main bot is the fastest way to score (most would agree) but with the degradation of trophy points its not the most efficient. Hence the tactic of using dumpers because of the advantage of keeping trophy points.

So either adapt or stop complaining, either way :) cheers

 

Perhaps you should save some of your trophy points to actually make attacking other bots worth it

 

The main reason why 'elite' players hardly ever attack bots not belonging to themselves/friends is because it's just not as efficient to do so. Levels, energy, wins, trophies - they all come much easier when you're controlling everything. Personally the only time I rely on attacking other people's bots is when gathering low level energy and for levelling at low levels.

The other reason is that once you get to a certain stage, you know all the good builds at the majority of relevant level ranges. When you start playing, it's cool to test your build against other player's bots to see how good you are. Once you know all the best builds, it just becomes unnecessary.

 

Indeed, this game is a business, like all games are. Time management and efficiency are key.

Easy, make it one out of 50 clicks and make the signup process longer than applying for a student loan.

Their are players that can do it within a a day or two... I honestly don't see how you can call people cheats for this, They decide to put in the time and effort to make ratio whores and earn/buy their stars to whore them bots down. Ender hasn't set no rules on ratio whores/dumpers its part of the game and is a big advantage to those that have them.

I myself have many stars which I have earned all through hard work making different bots and selling them on.

Yes I do know this their are some very good players who can easily get top 10 clan every month due to there time and commitment in the game. One player who did it alot a while back was fishwick he did it every month without fail.

Trying to get at crab is not the way around things just because your pissed at the fact you think everyone is cheating.I agree pretty much with what block02 said don't mock with the games best players as you yourself will get your arse handed to you on a silver platter! crab is one of the most friendliest people around on bots not many people will give you a hand, he is one of them that will take time and effort and help.

 

Problem is, stars are too valuable. I am pretty sure 90% of active players have starts on their bots, either by buying them directly from Ender or selling bots to other players. What is sad, cos in bots2 stars wasnt so valuable. Now stars lets you get dumpers much easier and because of all these dumpers game became pay to win. Ye, it isnt cheating and it gives lots of income to Ender, but its bad for players who doesnt pay/spend lots of time into the game. Without dumpers/stars its simple impossible to win for the majority of people. If where is people who gets high level/winning months and so on, but never fight on this main bots, well it indicates its something bad with game and in long run its simple leads to destruction.

 

PS. it would be ok, if people who invested lots of time would win. But nowadays situation is that wins these people who also invested lots of money and time or just money to get dumpers and trophy points for buffs. Invest just time isnt enough anymore.

 

No offense i disagree time is the best investment build windumpers and you cam earn stars, same as building bots ... it take time to do so but benefits you and no offence the stars only buy dumpers if you too lazy to do it yourself ;)

 

But buying stars gives you more benefits then investing your time for building bots and selling them. Buying stars gives you trophy points, more trophy points means you can spend more on buffs. Getting more buffs lets you build more bots in less time or score/level faster. Dumpers by itself isnt something that bad.

I don't think I could disagree more. Pretty much the only "successful" people that have dropped a decent amount of money into the game are Ville, Rivan and Benny. Ville puts in way more time than cash, Benny was already successful before he started buying all the stars in the milky way and Rivan is Rivan (will dominate whether he has 5000 stars or not).

People like myself, Lyrad, Gpof, Myriad, Tomato, Cali, Shoyuken, etc (no offence anyone I missed out :p) have all been successful in building up large amounts of bots, dumpers and energy with very little cash investment (under 5 stars each, without looking too far into it).

And of course, haven't you been paying attention the last few months? Except Ville and Benny, the big scores have been coming from all these new zion guys like xj and bigkat (neither of which even have the All Star plat). They are living proof that time investment alone is enough.

 

I agree with Fake One. This game is pay to win. Why? To make a basic freaked bot you need 3 stars. To make dumpers you don't need this but to retain that energy from those with fighters that are freaked fighting you and stealing all the energy you have is the problem. So unless someone with stars helps you, you sell bots for stars, or you buy stars, you are always vulnerable (unless of course you can come up with a build that can beat freaked builds without freaking). So to score properly you either need people to not care about you, stay a low level, or get stars. Or invest tons of time getting bots to level 200 or something lol.

So hurry up and give Ender the money/make bots to sell/get in good with people or go play something else, like I do.

Actually, most of satanus's energy was gained during the period when you could gain 200k+ a month by idling energy I'm pretty sure. It was based on level and shit and was hilarious.

But that's what clans are for Zalachorn. The players that invest so much money into the game are usually more than willing to invest in a player that wants to score actively through advice and even temporary stars. This is also a strategy game, If you dont have the resources to get stars and make dumpers why would you want to score above level 100? there is very little easy energy there, thats a horrible strategy that is doomed to fail. If you score with bot around level 50 you will be on a high enough level to not worry so much about being leveled, you wont be bothered as much if your not freaked and there is so much easy energy there you wont run out of targets to attack. On top of that you can start making dumpers and kudos bots to boost your scores. A good level 40-45 dumper does not need to be freaked to be left alone and they only take a couple hours to make without your own ratio whores because you get the best buff in the game when you make a new bot. If a new player scores around lvl 50 its feasible that they can win a month with light competition because that is a good strategy.

So to score properly you either need people to not care about you, stay a low level, or get stars.

I already said that you could stay a low level. It is a strategy but people can level you up if you annoy them or just out of their kind, caring souls to see you such a low level. It's when you have to start fending off the energy gain or levels that is gets to be a freaked bot matter. And you can only freak properly with stars. Temporary stars and clans are supposed to encourage teamwork and depending on the individuals, they do. But someone has to buy or trade for those stars to begin with, and that makes it pay to win. What Fake One and I said was that in bots2 stars only got you stash space and didn't help you with builds. Therefore anybody was free to make whatever build they wanted to. But in order to score properly now (over time and not 1 month etc.) you have to follow the cookie cutter freaked paths or do like nos does and make cool freaked builds. What gives us freedom also gives us restraints and the restraints are bit more tight now than bots2 is all. Follow, lead, or be left behind.

 

Agreed that time is much more valuable than stars. All the dumpers in the world won't do you any good unless you put the time in.

I know CANADA will say bullshit but don't give a damn tbh, i'm 5th in HoF and finished 6th last month on LetsCrush Alan. both last month and this month i haven't dumped any (well i dumped about 3k last month), so if he thinks for a second dumping wins hands down he's wrong. XJ and Bigkat both got temp stars from myself so they could freak their bots infact every single one of my stars last month was out on temp to Zion guys. So steel rat some people like me will quite happily make your bot stronger by temping you stars so you have that extra power to beat other bots

 

Bots2 whore clan were suitable to attack by anyone, dumpers on bots4 are not. They are built with the soul purpose of holding onto energy for a specific individual(s). Im not sure what idiot tryed to argue that one can energize more by scoring as a pose to dumping, but that it an utter lie! Go to the level 100 fight list. As you can see there are a lot of bots with energy. Find me one of those bots that was not built as a "dumper" bot. I know you will try to justify it or create an excuse for why im complaining, but the fact of the matter is, our fight lists are polluted with "dumper" bots and the fact that i am at risk because I attack them make my gaming experience a little fucked. Because of people like ville who are too lazy to fix there dumper bots but then get madd when a ligit player is able to easily take the energy, im suppose to sympathize with this crap?? im suppose to back off and not gain energy for the month?? that is not fair and it makes the game invalid!

 

even if all the bots at level 100 were not dumper bots but just regular bots, you are still not able to beat them therefor score no energy.

Last time i checked a bot that has equipment on it that isnt broken is either freaked or a dumper. But if one fails to replace the gear and the gear remains broken and it basically isnt doing damage to you technically may have been made ot be a dumper but at that point is a easy target aka a whore. Heres a better example. Ratio whores. They arent whored all the time. Once they have their weapons replaced with zero weapons, that turns them into a whore. Once the weapons are put on with full weapons then that makes them a normal harder to beat target. got it? K.

When I gave up my bots it was because I was frustrated with the politics of this game.

I do not agree with freaked or redissed bots, nor do I agree with dumper bots. Yet it seems they will be necessary in order to change my gaming experience. Just saying, "I do not agree with dumpers" is like throwing gas on fire because most (IF NOT ALL) freaked/redissed/dumper bots are built by the best bot4 players. So because I stated how I felt I became subject to verbal abuse on bots chat. sure I got mad and probably said things I did not mean, but I started two new bots to score with, and now Im getting the same back lash from the same people because im attacking their dumpers.. its fucked, much like rith is. Nah, the majority of people (who are knowledgeable enough to profile stalk + figure out when I reset :P) know about "trophy bots", which reset as often as possible to get a lot of platinums
