Good dubstep is like a nice smelling shit; it's still shit and smells like shit.

Like when an entire genre's quality is determined by how much bass is in it... come on.

And the worst part is it's always that generic shitty mid-bass thud, there's no essence, no feel, no ... nothing. Like if there were ever a dubstep song that could really go low on bass then I'd be impressed.

Speaking of, I fucking hate that song "Bass Down Low"

Like when the lyrics are "I like my beats fast and my bass down low" AND THE BASS ISN'T EVEN THAT LOW. IT'S JUST LOUD AND FUCKING OVERPOWERS THE REST OF THE SPECTRUM.

Fuck dubstep. And yes I realize it's not all dubstep, but fuck any genre where the fucking quality is determined by the quantity of bass.

Lets be honest, I like dubstep, I also like Nirvana, Katy Perry, Amon Amarth, Bush, Pilate, Iron and Wine... list goes on, many far apart bands (in terms of genre) but my oppinion is "just because you can't appreciate dubstep that doesn't mean it sucks." This arguement works for anything ... for example "Just because you can't appreciate fiddle-sticks that doesn't mean it sucks"

everyone has his own taste, nobody should argue about it, because it's dumb...

The issue with music is it's always some sort of "What I like is better than what you like" argument

There's nothing else that can be said, you can bring up logical arguments and it can easily be disputed with "FUCK YOU METALLICA SUCKS" (or whatever band you may be talking about) and you can't really argue it because it's entirely opinion

Like, I'm gonna just make it easy on myself and say I judge one thing on what I know about it without doing real research and attempting to understand, I just forn an opinion and move on

Like, say, Country, it might not ALL be shit, but what I've listened to, like 2-3 songs, shit, so to me, the entire gener is shit
