There's got to be something done about the 2 minute battles when new players start. It will drive them away if they don't know that the battles gradually get quicker. Ender, maybe you can start people out at level 5 and give them 16 points to use freely..... what do you guys think?

i dont like this idea, yes they might get discouraged, so rather than 5 free levels (level 2-25 is really fast anyway) just put a warning on the home page about the early levels being very slow.

No. You're forgetting that to a new player, everything is new. When you're used to 5 second fights at level 100, the ones at level 1 will seem like forever. But new players don't know that.

(btw, suggesting to start at level 5 is a horrible 'solution' to your problem. That's in the same category as saying 'why doesn't the government give everyone a million dollar?? Then all problems are solved!!!!')

yeh that would work bluei, because i showed this game to some of my friends, and they tried it out and they raged that the battles were too slow and they gave up at lvl 2
