Yes but they can all add each other. If you are refering to; Recreational, Underground, Pro, and Family.

I'm thinking continental groupings. europe, americas, asia, ect

Oh no, they're all together on Xbox Live. It's just the greatest when I live in America and somebody from France gets host -.-
