you're toast...spider will kill u :( |
Sphinx [79] |
Not down here it wont. I have everything I need not to go back in there for days if need be. |
|
Sofa camp out :D Are you Australian? I'd do the same thing if I was in Aus. Here in NZ there's about two poisonous spiders and they are either only deadly to kids or at the beach. |

the spider has the upper hand, fear is on its side |

Nope, I'll be brutally honest. I'm from Wales and these are mere house spiders. I've just got arachnaphobia unfortunately :( |
|
im from oz and we get some gnarly arachnids. i heard about a guy with dirty filthy dread locks that kept getting sick, and it turned out there was a re back living in his hair that kept biting him on the head until he died ~Hobo |

Those spiders in Aus only exist in the outback and rural areas anyway. |
Sphinx [79] |
Cheers Hobo. Just lost all faith in our planet. |

Don't kill spiders...i have like 4, in every corner of my room. They are great pets in this summers days when u have flies and all other flying shit. Spiders make webs and then these fucking flies and mosquito get caught in this webs so i cant sleep better. So, no spider killing....use them instead :D |
Sphinx [79] |
Oh I don't tend to kill them, I throw them out to find some new person to antagonize. But only if I can pick them up from a distance using enough objects to guarantee no skin contact. I die a little bit inside when an insect touches me. |

Those spiders in Aus only exist in the outback and rural areas anyway. They're less common in the city but you still get the occasional huntsman in your bedroom from time to time. A broom or something similar is always useful to pick it up with or shoo it away. But yeah, don't kill em as each of them will eat hundreds of annoying little insects in their lifetime ;) Besides the fact it would be awfully messy ofc... |

haha i am the same i have to get someone else to save me! the worst is when you get in the shower then fall back out of it hurting yourself because there is a silly spider hiding behind the curtain :< then going round the house looking for some one kind enough to remove the spider and chuck it outside :< bad time ! |

Hahaha I've got like 3 different huntsmans in my house xD snake in the backyard yesterday hahaha, They don't bother me |
Sphinx [79] |
Eughhh. I just can't handle them. Snakes and reptiles I love, but I couldn't own one simply because I'd have to handle bugs to feed them. Spiders and anything that can sting me; I'm petrified of. Other bugs I just hate, moths especially. Why does any bug have to exist? I don't mind honey bees, because people love honey. But the rest are disgusting. I tennis raquetted a wasp out of my window earlier :) felt excellent. |

[/sarcasm] |

I dunno, they'd be pretty deadly if a massive one dropped onto your lap while you were driving down the freeway... |
Sphinx [79] |
I'd have to agree. Fear induced heart attacks are pretty lethal. |
|
huntsman spiders might not be poisonous but they can be pretty darn annoying |
Sphinx [79] |
I feel violently ill. |

thanks for mentioning spiders people.. going to enjoy my nightmares tonight >< why the fuck did that website have Animated spiders.. WHY plays russian roulette and wins |
Sphinx [79] |
I disliked the fact that they twitched too. My parents had these 3 books when I was younger, one was of animals, another was water life, and the third was insects .. My sisters used to scare me with the massive bug pictures in there, telling me they came alive at night etc. I hate my life. |
|
Easy answer to this problem, get a cat or 2,or if its thats big,go to your nearest Zoo and get a Big cat. |

wusses ^^ british spiders are useful, they trap & eat those nasty beasties that feed on us :) I too have at least one spider in each room shoe :) Although I think they do get a little pissed when I hoover up their webs & debris :P |
|
Nothing like going to open your car door and having a big huntsman fall into your hand :p |
|
Just love it when your sat there watching the Tv and the mother of all big British spiders just ambles across the lounge, its great coz it cleares everyone out of the room and i put the Football or Bike raceing on and when they ask if its still about i say "yep, big time".Cant wait till September, thats when the real biggies appear, lols |

all this spider talk has me formicating |

I only interact with spiders in cold, dark and damp places. The big ones leave quite alot of goo when you hit them with a hammer. |
