Cool :D you should really be listening to something like this or this though for the full effect. But really you can go with whatever you love. Now for the breathing exercises, remember, the secret to good meditation is breathing. Breath in through your nose, slowly, for a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of eight, then, holding the tip of your tongue against the ridge of your palate, breath out through your mouth for a count of . Repeat up too eight times, then sit quietly and relax for about twenty minutes. This increases delta wave activity and helps you learn, not faster, but you can take more in. |
