well you can't really blame the movie for that. after star wars harrison ford accepted and look at other movie roles and scripts while the rest sat on their butts. in other words he constantly kept working. Did you know that mark hamill turned down over a dozen movies for the first couple years after star wars return of the jedi then he had his accident that scarred his face..he even turned down an audition for Indiana Jones in 1981.
