What Jans meant is energy can't be compared to cs, since they're completely different scoring systems. Anyway, total cs was always a bigger contributor to jansindex than ratio.

I assure you it can be done with far less than 20. Although your maths is sound, you haven't considered the possibility of extra energy on the dumpers (Which can be easily obtained).
