I wouldn't call a eating free meal from Applebees as celebrating.. I'd call it being nice (to Applebees.)

How come?

Applebees = one of the worst restraunts I've ever eaten at. Went in hungry.. left hungrier.

Not every establishment in a chain place is going to be the same. I've not been let down.

you could argue that it happens twice ... like in Britain and USA where they use AM/PM instead of a 24 hour clock like the rest of the world :P

actually with the am/pm thing too, 48 times, twice in each time zone

I know this comes off weird, but there are more than 24 time zones.
