Cn a freaked bot build be beaten by a normal build? At any lvl ? Or have freaked builds taken over ?

Yes, normal builds can beat freaked builds. Consistently, probably not. But nothing is unbeatable.

Seems as though the penalties need to be higher for using weapons or amours you don't have the stats for ? Kind of defeats the purpose of having Having required stats for a weapons or an armour.

I searched through some old threads and found some interesting debates had gone on a while ago, it's add a variant to the game I like it but I prefer the old school builds :) anyways...
