I think it's exactly where it belongs.

Energy and rape day don't really go together

A rape day at the end of the month would be sweet. You can move all the energy on a single bot very quickly as the armors would break.

Or, shoy could windump the same bot all day without having to switch. Would also make it easier to get losses trophy :)
