What do you do when you find out that someone you know has potentially been lying to you for years

Well it's neither confirmed nor denied

They play it off as not being true, and there's a lot of evidence that says it's not, there's a lot that says it is, so it's really fucked up

And I simply used that as an example, as a girl who likes girls then it'd be a girlfriend, in your case rose you could say a man who you expect to lie 'cuz all he wants is one thing

And I don't wanna push it but they deny it and kinda act like it's no big deal so it's like wtf
