I don't want this to get locked and removed like the post in question but I think we need to talk about it.

A long time bots player made a post recently advertising that an undetectable script had been in use for the past 2 months. For more information they requested people to get in contact with them.

The post was then deleted. At the time I post this, the bot has not been locked.

This game has had a number of cheaters over 2 decades, I did not know this person was a cheater. Was it just a troll post? Highly unlikely. Strange bot to post it from. It has to be said I'm not surprised given the clan the bot is in. I can't recall if this person was associated with this clan in bots2.

I understand cheating investigations are usually private Ender but this person openly declared this on the forum. Like me others saw it before it was removed. This will need to be addressed at some point and I understand we may not get all the information right away, but what is going on with this person? And what is being done about the bigger issue, a new supposedly undetectable autoclicker?

Nothing quite like creating a new bot just to post on the forums and claiming "not to create drama, but..."

If there is such a thing I am pretty sure Ender will "find" it using his methods, but it sounds more like someone was trying to create drama tbh.

Enders pretty good at detecting and dealing with this. I doubt it’s anything to worry about and Tbf if it does exist ender may already know and could just be gathering data on it if it’s not being abused. If it was actually being used regularly right now our community is pretty tight knit and quite a few vets would already be mass reporting it to ender as we’ve gotten pretty good at calling bs on suspicious play

If you want to discuss anything cheating related, message Ender. There is nothing to be gained from trying to discuss things like this publicly, and lots of negatives.

That person is hardly a "long time bots player", more like occasional trouble causer that doesn't play. I would be wary of believing everything you read online.

If you want to discuss concerns, I would message Ender instead of making new bots and re-posting unsubstantiated claims on the forum.

• The original thread - This was deleted within a minute or two of me becoming aware of it (thank you to the player that pinged me on Discord), which was about an hour after it was created. It goes without saying that that type of content absolutely does not belong here.

• Circumventing moderation - When a thread like that is deleted, it is unacceptable to create an anonymous bot using a proxy to start a new thread like this. The CoC is clear that these types of concerns should be brought to me directly to avoid creating a toxic "witch hunt" atmosphere (which this thread is contributing to).

• "Undetectable" scripts - Game integrity remains a top priority. Significant improvements to the game's anti-cheat systems were made in 2025. While I can't share details without leaking information that could be used to circumvent these systems, the string of entries over the past year+ in the Hall of Shame demonstrate the impact. I'm also highly doubtful of any claim of an autoclicker being "undetectable". There are always footprints in one form or another.

• Time to action - Regarding why the bot that posted the original thread hasn't been locked: It's been less than 24 hours since that thread was created, and I've simply been extremely busy IRL since then. Properly investigating these situations (checking logs, verifying identity, etc.) is something that takes time and needs to be done carefully. I ask that you give me the benefit of the doubt here given my track record of staying on top of game integrity over the past couple of years. This will be dealt with.

• Transparency - To address the OP's assumption that the community will "get all the information right away" at some point: You will not. I do not, and will not, publicly discuss investigations, anti-cheat methods, or the specific tells that betray a script. If and when action is taken, a high-level summary will be logged in the Hall of Shame, exactly as it always is.
