Are builders allowed to build in any way they want? I mean, are you picky about ratio/ or total losses in some way.

Not picky neps, the bot already is 115 and has 1500 or so losses.

Built in anyway.. Sorta, your limited by the amount of int you can add, as it all has to be redissed off + the extra dex.

A bot name is a valuable thing, so I can see why you're going through all this trouble. :)

in what way? like wins/losses or start over at lvl 1 or.....

i believe it will be an entire reset except botmails, name, pw, email and achievements. Just like the open beta>live reset.
