It's not that easy a task getting the amount of kudos you need for the armours at that level.

This is true, it's actually a lot more time consuming than it looks.

does the ratio matter?

20x 47lvl frozens for 1/2 stars? ROFL. 1x this build requires a bot and kudos whore, otherwise it's almost impossible to do this fast.
