I'd do 135 for 2-3 stars but the 15k wins on top of that? Would need to negotiate a bit about that. Would take me about a week to do.

Since you have 420 total strength, get corpes instead of black hades. Use the black hades to get what ya need then switch.
That -8 con will kick ya.

Same with the Shade helm. Doesn't seem wise. If it's a freaking armor you want I'd go with HPoL Helmet or Valkyrie Wing, otherwise I'd use Heraldic Head or at least kevlar casque.
