I am curious why you chose 100 as they can only attack upto 135.

100 you get another attack limit range?

You can attack them from below as well with a lvl75+ bot.

Though I mainly stopped at lvl100 because I only have lvl104/lvl106 ratio bots and I'm lazy (it's too much work) to go higher.

Ideal level for a main would be lvl100 so that you can swing both ways. Over 80k transfer per 4k fights with minimal buff usage.

Why winding serpents? Easy to camp I guess but they're pretty weak compared to conned answerers.

Longer fights with shield = more energy transferred per fight. One weapon = no need for a star to switch two weapons out.
