I was wandering if some one could make me a level 150 freaked bot and how many stars it would cost

That's not a freaked build. That's a normal build. And if you plan on attacking with it, I suggest using a different build. If you're set on that build though I might be able to build it for you.

how much could you build it for and how long do you think it would take

I'm not a fan of dead lines, though I know that shouldn't take more than a day to build, maybe 2 (though the actual played time will be less). Roughly 12-16 hours total play time to build. That's based of some of my previous works.

As far as price, 4 star for a non-freaked 150 sounds reasonable.
