I can help you with that because I have access to a lot of ratio bots and I even own high level ones (Lyrad and Esvrainzas).
I accept every kind of payment: cash, stars, tourneys, dumpers, weak bots, building something for me, etc.
Regarding windumping as payment, that's normally reserved for teammates because it involves sharing high level windumpers. If you have your own windumpers, I will ask for more than 3x wins.
