Is the value used for your int in deciding whether you get the first strike or not rounded up to 5 if you have less than 5 int?

So I have 10-20 int (-10), is this value used or is 5 used instead? I haven't done a lot of testing, but I never seem to get the first hit against bots with any amount of int above 5.

Hmm I get the first strike against Infant about half the time, so 5 is used at least for training. Would like to know if it also applies with fighting.

95% sure that it is the same.

It's rounded up to 5 for both fights/trains.
