Oh, I didn't read much of that thread after reading the OP to be honest. I've looked at the code and it looks right to me, but mistakes happen. If you think block isn't working correctly, you can take a large number of trials and see how close this value comes to the expected block probability. Emanuel's addons could probably help with this task. |

well i dont have time to do more at the moment but i just did 100 trains and came up with 51.08% block. My bot has a block chance of 58.63%, I realize that 100 is not that much of an amount to run this test though |

I just did a few hundred trains and my blockrate is around 5% as expected. Think this will explain some of the discrepancy. Shields now take damage and their blockchance is decreases by 1% for each time damaged. This will have an effect on the final blockrate. You'll never have as much blockrate as that shown in the workshop. |

Mine seems to be right on target |

Did 1500 trains. Blockrate is almost spot on. 4.982% actual vs 5% expected. |

what's the point of doing trains on str bot which had no problems with blockchance? The shit is happening with dexies and balanced ones :D |

Ah yes Saiyan, good point about losing block from shield damage. You'll lose 1% block every time your shield takes damage. And that's a percentage of the shield's block...so one hit to a 50% block shield takes away 0.5% block. |

my block (on my dex bot) seems to be really close to what it's supposed to be too. I guess you're on your own zipter... |
