Well the holidays are well over now and still no updates
i really liked seeing the progress of the game every once in a while.
Is the next update gonna be something big or am i getting my hopes up for nothing?

The next thing that will probably come is the post office, which is something like halfway done at the moment. After that will likely be clans.

Are you taking notes, Ender? Every user should have a table for mail. So like, mail-1, mail-2, mail-3, etc. And when a message is sent, it should probably be stored in a temp table 'postman'. One of each message of course. So yea, like he said, fairly easy ;-)

Forgive me if Im wrong, but its not that easy. Each user has to have the interface, each user has to have thee ability to store, save, delete, etc. each mail... not to mention the sub tables.

For each user to have a table is retarted to say the least. Each message has a row in a table called mail. It has a few columns including id,title,sender,sento,mesage,date,ifread.
Sender and sento should be ids incase the user gets deleted and. New account is made, read is if the message was read.
Delete command is a simple thing.
You better read up on php/mysql. Post office is a very easy yet Complex thing. I've done this a few times.

Bmail in bots4 works a little bit differently than it did in bots2. Instead of hoping that the other person doesn't delete what they're responding to (why did people do that?), it is more like Facebook PMs where the conversation history is automatically saved. This makes more sense logically and ends up being more space-efficient too because the message doesn't get repeated over and over in cases where it is not deleted in responses.

And glancing over this now I may end up wanting an additional field on bmail_threads's from_id/to_id indexes for sorting the inbox list...

You create the table ender with code? Where's the good ole' phpmyadmin?

One more thing, please make a stamp_value. It should cost to send a mail, that keeps kudos on every bot too, and gets kudos out of circulation at the same time. And stops noobs from sending dumb mails. The cost could go up daily or down. Depending on what you are feeling. I think it would be fun.

Yes, the create table statements exist as text so that they can live in version control.

I like these idea, I just dont think the cost should be too high, because then you'd bankrupt yourself having convos with k1ds
