say theoretically two bots both doing 0 damage on every hit were to fight eachother. who would be counted as the winner? as neither has defeated the opponent?

Doesn't have to be hitting nothing, as long as you don't defeat them in something like 200 seconds, the attacker is declared the loser I think

I thought it was something like both arttackers are only allowed so many misses but either way the attacker will always lose think I asked the same question a while back
