The number next to the workshop changed to 4 on a bot I was on just now. It popped up after a fight, but I didn't level up, and as soon as I visited the workshop it changed back to 0 (no points to distribute). It hasn't changed back to 4 since, so I'm not entirely sure what caused it :|
