These are my current stats and my ratio should be 4.3 instead of 4.4.

Maybe it's because 4.37 is nearer to 4.4 than 4.3

I think for bots for it should go 2 to 3 decimal places.

In bots2 your ratio did not round up when you see it at the top of the screen, but would round up when viewed in your clan profile. I noticed the same thing, it caught me off guard because i was so used to seeing it increase prior to actually reaching that value.

For instance, in bots2 at the top of the screen I'd see my bot info and my ratio would be something like 425836/17455 (24.396 actual) but would display as 24.3 and would show as 24.4 in clan profile.

floR wasn't very consistent how/when he used Round and Fix. When you think about it, it doesn't really matter whether its rounded or not, as long as it's done the same throughout the game.

When a number gets rounded down even if it is supposed to be rounded up, it is called floor. Same thing with if it was rounded up, instead of down, it is called ceil.

10.9999 : floor -> 10
10.0001 : ceil -> 11

I'm sure that Ender is using the same rounding through out the game.
