Might have already been brought up in the past or I’m barking mad…….

Is there any sort of scope to bringing in a sort of cumulative login bonus scheme or some sort of daily reward system that may grant extra buffs etc? Maybe a daily prize sort of wheel thing that might give the avid player some help towards their goals? Sounds like I’m sort of suggesting a battle pass aren’t I.

I love the idea of this.

I think it's cool and rewards activity, but similar things have been mentioned in the past and the main criticism was that it might end up feeling like every day starts with you logging into 100 bots to get the reward on them all to feel efficient.

Maybe it could be linked with the account rework in future somehow so you only have to login on one bot.

Nobody makes you log in 100 bots lolol

But yeah, probably best to be saved for the user login rework.

Not a fan of daily this or that anything, turns into a chore. Maybe if it is something small like a free 100 uses of any buff (disappears at daily reset if you don't use it so you can't stock them up), then you wouldn't feel compelled to log in unless you planned to use the bot anyway.

Daily stuff is good, if you wanna make it a chore sure go ahead.. I have like 100's of bots, and I would only log in 4 bots even with daily bonus, the 4 bots I play.. why bother logging in all the other if I don't play them daily? Just make the bonus not "stackable".. problem solved.

Still my stance as well.

As I stated before, however, I do appreciate that such FOMO things can be good tool for game to promote activity. Definitely believe many games have gone very overboard I'm this capacity to the detriment of the game. Like, if I find myself constantly logging into various bots daily then I'm certain I'll just quit altogether - with the "rewards system" then being an aspect that is detrimental inasmuch as ruining the play experience for the types that can't help but maximize... which... is basically the entire point of game and probably the core player, I would think.

Thanks for suggestion. Overall, I'm supportive of the core idea of introducing a system to reward players for consistent, daily activity. I think the replies so far have captured the two biggest challenges for incorporating this in a healthy way:

  • The "chore" of multiple logins: With the current bot-based account structure, a daily reward system could easily become a frustrating chore, making players feel obligated to log into dozens or hundreds of bots just to play optimally. For this reason, I agree that any feature like this should only be implemented after the potential rework of the game's account structure (see preliminary ideas), where a player could claim their daily reward once for their entire account.

  • Balancing rewards vs. FOMO: There's a fine line between a fun bonus and a manipulative "dark pattern" that creates unhealthy pressure to log in every single day. My goal would be to design a system that feels like a nice bonus if you log in, rather than a significant penalty if you miss a day. I'd want to reward activity, not punish inactivity.

So while I'm not ready to start development on this right now because of (a) the account structure prerequisite and (b) my current focus on the clan competition, I've added it to my list for future consideration. When the time comes, I'll approach the design carefully with the goal of creating a fun incentive, not a mandatory chore. Thanks again for all the input.

I'm fairly fond of the way Warframe handles login rewards. Each day adds a tick to your counter (no penalty for missing days). Rewards are based out of a "pool" with certain milestones being reached (example logging in 50 days, 100days) triggering "special" pool rewards.
