As the title suggests, I believe Ender stopped giving out HA as he determined (or was convinced) it was abusable, and for that reason it was anti-competitive.
Continuing on from the discussion on discord, certain players are contesting there is no reason to remove the buff as it is not being actively used by anyone to gain energy. I am not convinced this is the case, and suggest Ender imposes a 30 day sunset timer on the buff, or drastically reduce it's power (although I have a feeling it will remain abusable in this case).

Thanks for the input. I am sure it is the best you could manage.

Agree with Bazza, this is a horrible idea and unnecessary.

Any elaboration on why the buff needs to remain? Or is "I don't want to lose access to my absurdly powerful buff" the only reason?
|
I fail to see your reasoning as to why it should be removed from bots that have it. And the burden of that falls on you to demonstrate why.

Choose one:
It is an overpowered buff that completely warps the game when used.
If it is not an overpowered buff there should be no reason why anyone would have a problem being rid of it.

- You're creating a mountain out of a molehill.

So the buff is weak, yet saved by players as a trump card for use at the end of close months.
No matter the opinion of the players, if the buff was considered too problematic to continue handing out, it should also be considered too problematic to allow players to continue making use of it.
Either that or bring it back so everyone is able to exploit it equally.
