suggestions

To follow on my other suggestions, I would like to see trophy points become an account-wide resource, which allows players to focus on buying buffs on the bots they primarily like to use, while still being able to perform stat runs or other methods of accumulating tps without having to give up any achievements they have built on their primarily played bots.

This would require a re-balancing of passive forms of trophy point accumulation that would hopefully be followed up with a promotion towards more active forms of tps farming. There may or may not need to be a price adjustment of buffs, or a change in the number of tps certain trophies provide. However I feel a reduction in the number of ways to passively gain tps would potentially be sufficient.

Answered this in part on your other suggestion thread. Bad idea, seriously flawed, and game breaking.

You do understand changes don't have to occur in a vacuum, right?

Lets not, this is prone to be abused.

I'd rather see buff costs cut in half or more, or double/triple the amount of battles.

Further discounts based on total plat account with the introduction of accounts (and possibly introducing those discounts across all bots based on account plats).

But further increasing a system that is already a crux seems like wishful thinking.

If something is prone to abuse you place safeguards into the system against that abuse. Obviously the only change that would occur here isn't "tps are account wide" there would need to be additional changes to help balance the account wide sharing of tps.

One of the changes I would like to see is making buffs time-limited rather than fight-limited. With account-wide sharing of tps this could theoretically increase the need for tps on dumpers, increase the viability of high level dumpers, and wouldn't have much impact on "main" bots.

Lower buff tiers could have their up-side buffed to the current highest tier and instead have an increasing time-limit for example:

Tier 1: 250% energy, 1 day duration. (cost: 125 base tps)
Tier 2: 250% energy, 3 day duration. (cost: 350 base tps)
Tier 3: 250% energy, 7 day duration. (cost: 775 base tps)
Tier 4: 250% energy, 14 day duration. (cost: 1400 base tps)
Tier 5: 250% energy, lasts the entire month. (cost: 2500 base tps)

The numbers are just placeholders. I don't currently know how the math would compare to the current costs on dumpers specifically, although it would certainly increase the costs for low level dumpers. Costs might need to be scalable by level to a certain degree to offset the nerf to lower level dumpers, as I wouldn't want to see low level play disappear entirely, just a slight catch-up for higher level dumpers would be good.

I am aware of enders position regarding buffs, but it's his pandora's box. If dumpers can have 100% uptime on multiple buffs it doesn't make sense to disallow other methods of play to have access to the same. Keeping in mind this becomes very expensive using the new time-limited suggestion very quickly.
