does anybody else have the problem where your option of floating sidebar is ticked and yet it still doesnt scroll down the page when you scroll down?

mine was doing that earlier but ive gone from safari to firefox and its ok now |

Is it completely visible without scrolling? As DNM said, it won't scroll unless your browser window is tall enough. |
