You click the clan castle then search for bots4.net

Obviously I have done that before posting.

You can't search for a players name to invite them. The only way they can invite is if you are chatting to someone else from bots4.net in global. You'll have to find bots4 and apply then it can be accepted

It has a private chat just for clan members, not sure if it's the same for you Benny ;)

It can hold a certain amount of comments then it goes as a new one come :p you have a private clan chat and a global chat.

That sounds a little contradictory.

On a more serious note, the reason there's no browser support is because it's a mobile game. Some would argue that's further ahead than what you're suggesting.

Contradictions are my bag. Did Austin Powers ever let a contradiction get in his way? No, he tried to take off the mask of every old or odd looking lady he could find and find out if they were a man. You just don't worry about them.

My comment was not to be taken seriously. Take a chill pill and relax. I know Clash of Clans is a free to play (or as Nintendo would say, free to try) pay to win trap that rakes in tons of cash. I just wonder why they didn't make a browser version. You would think they could make some PC only servers and what have you but I suppose they try and optimize it for touch screens.

Oh well, at least I only had to pay once for Civilization II hehe.

I think CoC strikes the right balance between free and pay2win. You can contribute greatly to your clan without spending a dime, nor a huge amount of time. This is a big part of its success IMO.

Yea it definitely isn't pay to win, unless you're shooting for the very top of the trophy leaderboards. But even then you still need to be able to actually play properly and be online constantly. Time is all you can purchase really, it's not as if there's stuff that's unobtainable if you don't pay.

Whenever people say a free to play game isn't pay to win like that is when I just find a random article on how much the game makes daily.

Clash of Clans somehow makes 1.7 million dollars a day.

It's not like the things are given to us out of sheer charity. Even if you don't pay for the game, someone else sure the hell does.

Paying for your upgrades to finish quickly isn't going to get you winning. It's actually likely to more aptly put you in the losers bracket.

You'll have the shit for sure, but you won't have the knowledge base to understand how to utilize the things you spent money on.

Yeah, that's a pretty weak argument. A game earning money doesn't mean it's pay2win. It's true that there's no shortage of "freemium" games being pumped out by certain companies (cough Zynga cough) creating crap that doesn't amount to much more than glorified Skinner boxes, but I don't think it's fair to put CoC/Supercell in that category. I understand why someone that hasn't played the game would naturally jump to that conclusion though.

On a related note, I recommend reading Supercell's "our story" page for anyone interested in the company. What I find interesting is that they prototype a game idea quickly, see if it's fun, and throw it out if it's not. Google X has the same "fail fast" philosophy.

people are going like different games for different reasons, some games attract more people than others, and some companies have learned how to turn that attraction into profit. nothing wrong with it, its the user that in the end makes the choice

Nuuu we haven't been updating. Reached clan level 4 a few wars ago! Clan war record is 24 : 4 : 1 so far.

That Andy guy is basically boosting everyone to wins though

We're currently 46 Wins, 7 Losses, & 4 Ties in Clan Wars.

We are Clan Level 5 (Clans now get XP based on wars and get perks depending on level 1 through 10)

Just passed 100 wins. (Currently 103)

Clan level is now 7, nearly to Level 8.

We're at 37/50 members and still building.

Somthing happened to my coc account. I try ed joining bots4.net but it won't let me :(

We have the clan set to closed because during wars the other clan likes to "apply" all their bots to the clan and flood our chat windows. I'll open it for you to reapply Luth.
