I have a quick question:

Did old threads from the beginning of Bots get deleted to save space?

I like to reminisce by reading previous content, but I can't find anything I remember here. I hope you’re all good.

I miss the old days although stressful they were when warring.

Hello Dyna! To give an authoritative answer to your question, no forum threads or posts have been deleted to save space. The "posts" database table takes up a whopping...28.5 MB of disk space, i.e. it's not very big. The very first forum thread from December 2010 is still there, as is your first forum post on day 5 of the forums being open. I keep meaning to add a "view post history of bot" feature to make it easier to see someone's post history.

I was actually just thinking of you the other day. I still frequently run by the same waterfront area we met up at in 2017, so I randomly thought of you sitting there. Hope all is well!

I can't remember what caused it, but you are indeed correct that some old forum threads are gone. I have quite a few threads bookmarked on my old laptop that no longer exist, so yeah, you're not going crazy :P

Like I said, though, I can't remember what happened to cause such a thing.

Like, I vaguely remember something happening with the database awhile back causing some forum posts to disappear. I thought I even remembered you posting about it, Ender.

Yeah, I think you're almost surely misremembering. There's never been any sort of data corruption or data loss in the game's ~15 year run. The game database is also backed up daily for disasters if something were to happen. If you have an example or two of forum thread links that you think should work, but don't, I'd be curious to explore why.
