pretty easy to be honest. Get 19 intel right away and buy 5 redis right away. Redis at level 25 and you'll have plenty of kudos. Same applies for the 30 shard/roundshield

You can't get 60k kudos by level 25 without a kudo bot.

Apparently somebody didn't play Bots2 enough to figure out how to maximize kudo rate without slut kudo bots :P
