does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do now?

my build is

40str
90dex
40con
10int

and im currently using highland blade with a round sheild am doing relatively well.

but what should i go for/get up next?

If you want to go more dex: Steel Nunchaku

More balanced dex: Quick Fang

Just more balanced: Golden Rod

Or you could go adamizers ;).
