first of all are they against the rules? i dont think they are, and how do i use the hotkey script?

They are not against the rules.

When you've installed the hotkey script, you will have some extra options in the workshop. There will be 3 extra buttons, by default they will say "divide", "multiply" and "subtract", but you can change them to whatever you want by clicking on one of them, then pressing a key.

Each of these buttons represents one of the links you see after every train/fight, by pressing the first hotkey, you will click the first link, and so on.
