Int increases your experience earned in battle. If you go from 10 to 20 int then your exp will double. |

Does int only affect exp earned in training or in player fights as well? |

both, next to that it also helps being the first to make an attempt to hit, but even though intelligence is thought to be a lousy skill, only for those who wish to level very fast, because with 10 or 20 points in intelligence you've lost your edge against others... |

I just swapped my bonnet for a tarnhelm and am now getting three times the XP i was before. its frusterating! |
