Not getting any kudos rewards from training, sometimes even by fights, is it normal? It only shows repair bill, and exp gain. Why no kudos rewards?

Your kudo gain might of been lower than your actual repair cost.

You bot gains 4500 kudos really Repair costs of 5300 kudos.

You didn't gain, you lost.

Is it saying "you receive 0 kudos for your efforts" or whatever?

If so, that's not normal for fights - you should always get at least 1 kudos even when your opponent doesn't have any. It's normal for trains though if you don't do any damage because damage is used in the kudos gain formula as a multiplicative factor.
