Is there a certain date when open will be starting. Or is Ender waiting until he finished the post office and clans? Or if anything else. I'm not too anxious about it, just curious.

Once the major components of bots are done, Open will be up and a mass reset will happen.

The idea is to get the game mostly release-ready (post office and clans are the major remaining features), then start the open beta.
