if u keep a bot until the end of the month (after rollover) and then kick him you will keep the energy (total)

Its a sum of all members. Not just a gross total.

Yes, a clan's all-time energy is the sum of the all-time energy of its members, so kicking a bot will cause a clan's all-time energy to decrease by the amount of that bot's all-time energy.
