Does it also affect how much the other bot is able to hit you or does it only affect your accuracy?

It affects both since there are attack and defense ratings. The formula for hit chance is: 100 * [Attack Rating] / ( [Attack Rating] + [Defense Rating] ) |

That should say Attackerrating and DefendersRating. When determining the attackers hitchance, you use the defenders_rating and vice versa. |
