Is the maximum block tapped at 70%? Im not 100% sure and if so whats the point in upgrading your shield except extra armor?

yes that is the maximum block percentage. we are trying to get it raised even if it's just a little. |

Your block % decreases as you level so you have to keep putting points in dex to keep it at 70%. |
