And which training bot should I be training on?

I have 75 int with the thorn armour set and im atm 2:1 str

I'm currently training on X-Telligance but Im not sure if its the most efficient. Im currently working towards equalising my stats so I can use a shield for more xp,

Should I redis?

75 base? or 75 with armours. I train on the lvl 300. With the 150% exp buff I can get anywhere from 400k for a loss to 2mil for a win.

Allotrope has a shield though, which gives more xp per train.

You should probably be training on the lvl 300 bot. It's the same amount of con but you get a lot more exp cause of the level.

Give it a try for a while. I would get about the same on the 220 bot I think if I trained on that one.

Should I put on a shield even tho my dex sucks? Or redis as much as I can to dex?

It's unlikely to be worth it for you with that low dex.

I would head for Spatha (291str 136 dex) swap your Que-hegans for Crystallized armour if you intend to stay on the 220 bot. Or shoot for Skullders Ire or Rhinohide if you want the 300 bot.

What Allo said, plus you can also use a behemoth helm which should help a lot.
