I remember in B2 that floR had a post about a game update where the max level had become something in the 10K range I think. So what is it here?

I always thought the max lvl was 500...

Well without lifespan or willpower as factors I'm pretty sure the only limit is server side stuff, like how it stores the number values and whatnot. I'm sure the coding on here is a lot cleaner/better than bots2 so I assume it's much higher than what bots2 was.

Well. According to BIGINT, the biggest integer data type.

Max level is 786.

I remember FloR saying max level was ~1276. Yes, I remember. So I'm not sure. He must of stored exp as VARCHAR or something.

Well I figured out you can make the BIGINT max value bigger, so unless Ed is doing something else, the max level is 810.

Are the EXP values required to level the same in bots2 and bots4?

Yes

Level 810 is correct based on the max exp of 18,446,744,073,709,551,615. I'll also note that the bots4 exp formula is very close to that of bots2 (growth is the same), but not 100% exactly the same.
